Cancelling Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aquafridge.com with your order number. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped, free of charge, with a full refund.

Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy above.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately at support@aquafridge.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed.
